Introduction

A lincosamide antibiotic, one of the most commonly used antimicrobial feed additive in poultry to increase weight gains and feed efficiency. Lincomycin is specifically active against gram positive pathogens and anaerobic bacteria of clostridia spp. Lincomycin has beneficial effects to treat Necrotic enteritis and mycoplasma. Therefore, lincomycin supplementation in feed can help improve performance and has been used as a regular rotation option amongst the existing antibiotic growth promoters.

Characteristics

· Allicin has broad spectrum, non-specific antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anti-oxidant effects,
· Has a feed attractant effect: increases appetite, increases feed intake,
· Pronounced impact on gut microflora,
· Improve survival rate,
· Increases egg production in laying birds, improves fertility in breeders, Improves FCR and weight gains in broilers.
· Supports lean meat production and improves meat quality by reducing fat
· Has antifungal effect: Tests have shown that use of of garlicin on Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus Niger, Aspergillus fumigatus has a very strong inhibition and cidal effect, therefore can effectively prevent mold formation, improve keeping quality of feed as an alternative feed preservative.
· Allicin is non-toxic and has no side effects.
· No cross resistance with other in-feed antibiotics.

Dosage/Administration

For Increase in Rate of Weight Gain and Improved Feed Efficiency:

LINCOVIS G should be mixed into the complete feed supplied to broiler chickens so that the final feed contains 40 grams of LincoVis G per ton of feed.

For the Control of Necrotic Enteritis :

LINCOVIS G should be mixed into the complete feed supplied to broiler chickens so that the final feed contains 40 grams of LincoVis G per ton of feed.
No drug withdrawal period before slaughter is required for poultry fed LINCOVIS G Feed Medication at the recommended level.
